I started taking my career serious in 2008 because it’s something I wanted to do in life. In 2009 I was in a entertainment group called CPR that didn’t work out due to bad business I moved around a co-founded my own label CHE. I released 3 mix tapes to date with the “The Wake-Up Vol. 1: More Then Expected” October 2010 this mix tape set my career to the right path.

Demetrius Newtown aka "Meech" is an inspiring young artist from Oklahoma was born on February 7th, 1985 and was raised on the Westside of Tulsa. As a child I was a rebellious youngster out in the streets trying to find a way to come up and make a change in the world. I wrote my first song at the age of 6 and always had a strong passion for music. When I turned 16 I started recording music and opening up for pretty much any artist you can think from the industry to the underground.

In 2011, my name started to grow in the streets and I won the Urban Tulsa Weekly’s Best Hip Hop Artist of the Year. I am currently pushing my single “Forget Tonight” in all the clubs and local radio stations. This is only the beginning of my journey on the way to the top.
